Support Staff Edition

This tabletop book contains forty problem solving exercises with guides designed to provide support staff with the skills necessary to respond appropriately to emergency situations in a school or when confronted by threatening or violent behavior. Secretaries, bus drivers, food service employees, and custodians are in unique positions within and around a school community. Consequently, training this important group of individuals to accurately assess and then appropriately respond to a potential or real school emergency is critical. Exercises can be facilitated by a supervisor, school administrator or the School Resource Officer. All books come complete with a CD-Rom and a work pad.
