With 18 years of experience in education, she has served as a principal, assistant principal, and school board member, bringing a comprehensive understanding of school operations and student needs. Robin holds a Master of Arts in Education, a Master of Science in Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, grounding her work in the principles of human development, community well-being, and effective support for diverse learners.
Her background equips her to guide schools in crisis response, staff support, de-escalation, student engagement, and the cultivation of healthy school relationships. Robin has also served for eight years on Safe School Committees, where she has focused on strengthening safety plans, improving communication systems, and preparing staff and students for emergency situations. She is deeply committed to ensuring that school communities have the tools, training, and systems they need to remain safe, confident, and focused on learning.
